At NOVI Health, we're changing the way healthcare is delivered by integrating traditional medical practice with consumer tech – providing a full-stack medical solution based on motivational software, data science, and fitness and diet coaching at scale, all in addition to traditional health screening and medication.
Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for a frontend or full-stack engineer with a passion in crafting delightful user experiences to solve deep and complicated user needs. If you are opinionated about user experience, frontend frameworks, state management, and engineering best practices, we’d love to talk to you. Additionally, if you also have an interest in product management, business strategy, and cannot help but take ownership of a product and be opinionated about its direction, you will likely be a good fit for us!
Your role:
You will be working directly with our CTO, as well as a broader product team (e.g. product designer, product manager, business stakeholders) to build and improve features for existing and new users. You get the “best of both worlds” — an opportunity to work on an exciting, new product, but with a large, existing pool of real users.
Your work will have an immediate impact on actual user needs at scale, directly influencing patients’ health outcomes and improving their lives and wellbeing. At the same time, you will be building the next evolution of our product, helping us to find ways to scale and “10x” the efficacy and efficiency of our product. We optimise for building experiments to learn fast, while maintaining a high level of quality user experience.
