Your Role
The Head of Growth works closely with the Management team to develop and implement sustainable growth strategies, with a focus on customer and user acquisition, activation and retention, to increase and optimise revenue and user growth for the Company. The Head of Growth also leads the development and execution of marketing efforts, in support of the growth strategies, as well as works closely with the Product team to enhance Product-Market fit.
Your Responsibilities
Growth strategy
- Think strategically, analytically and creatively about new ways to drive growth of the Company’s user base and revenue
- Define growth opportunities and priorities, in alignment with the Company’s overall business objectives and strategy
- Design growth strategies and initiatives, based on growth priorities and opportunities
- Develop and implement testing and execution of growth initiatives
- Develop and implement frameworks (including identification of relevant monitoring matrices), to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of growth initiatives, and advise on course correction as necessary
Marketing
- Provide in-depth customer insights based on data gained from user feedback, targeted interviews and other analytic and intelligence tools
- Understand the advantages and trade-offs of different user acquisition channels, and identify and recommend appropriate and cost-efficient acquisition channels to test, perform audience segmentation analysis, and build the customer base
- Create and execute marketing strategies to support growth initiatives
- Manage and optimise the Company’s social media presence
- Develop and execute framework (including identification of appropriate KPIs for different user acquisition channels) to monitor, analyse and report on progress and effectiveness of marketing strategies and channels
